Estuary
The Wooli River is one of the cleanest rivers of NSW and its 20km of estuarine habitat ranges to contain mangroves, seagrass and salt marsh.
Here you can expect to catch: Bream, Mangrove Jack, Whiting, Blackfish, Flathead and Mudcrabs, or collect oysters from the river banks and rocks.
Catch your own bait with yabbies easily pumped from the sandbanks at low tide.
Please see DPI for bag and size limits and Marine Park Authority for zoning map

Rock / Beach Fishing
Whiting, Beam, Taylor, Jew and Blackfish are all found along the beaches and rocky headlands in the area.
For the bait, beach worms are aplenty for the skilled worm catcher or those willing to try their luck and cabbage weed can be easily sourced on the rocks around the low tide mark.
